From Gabinete de Iniciativa Joven we work to include entrepreneurial competence and enterprising initiative, from children’s education up to "bachillerato" (secondary school) and later on at university, developing the basic values and principles of creativity, personal initiative and enterprising spirit.
The aim of the interventions in the different programmes is to develop a series of personal skills and abilities that enable the participants to feel like a person with a clearly defined identity, integrated within society and, at the same time, to become prepared to face up to the challenges life might present them with in a creative way.
Primary Education
Imagine to Innovate
Enterprising culture programme in the last years of Secondary School. After the pilot programme over the previous two years, IPE 2010/2011 includes some new features, such as the use of an educational Blog and the creation of educational games that encourage imagination and enterprising initiative. Participating centres will design their own Enterprising Centre Project, which will contain a proposal for transversal action across the whole Educational Community. At the start of the academic year we carry out training aimed at teachers, in which they can compare ideas, methodologies and educational materials relating to Enterprising Initiative.

Gala “Naranja” Awards for Young People with Ideas
In its second year, this gala brings together the awards ceremony for the programmes: Imagine to Innovate, Imagine your Company and Emprendelab.
